Lace up your shoes and leash up your dogs, because now is the perfect time to get outside and get your paws moving! Sign up for the Run Now, Chew Later Virtual 5K and complete it anytime, anywhere.

We’ve made it easy for you to register, receive your race kit, and confirm your participation. Remember, you can walk or run at your own pace! Whether you have a sprinting Dachshund or a senior Great Dane, dogs and humans from all walks of life are welcome to participate.

The first 10 participants to complete the virtual 5K will receive a limited edition Benebone x Bar K finisher medal and every participant will receive a special Benebone package for their dog!

How to Participate

Leash up your dog — it’s time to walk or run the 5K at your convenience anytime, anywhere.

Step 3:
Submit proof of completion & receive a special Benebone package for a job well done.
