This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our Terms of Service.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my shipping & delivery options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Free Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $30 (excludes HI, AK, Puerto Rico) and orders placed before 2 p.m. EST ship same day during non-holiday business days.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping options which will be available at checkout along with their rates. Expedited shipping fees will be reduced at checkout for orders eligible for free shipping.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.
How is my subscription fulfilled?
If you are buying a subscription, we will deliver on the subscription timeframe you choose on checkout. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before next order is placed. To manage subscriptions go to your account page and click “Subscriptions” on the left column.
Do you deliver internationally?
We do not offer international shipping.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Do you ship on holidays?
We are closed and do not ship on the following holidays:

- Monday, June 19: Juneteenth National Independence Day
- Tuesday, July 4: Independence Day
- Monday, September 4: Labor Day
- Monday, October 9: Columbus Day
- Friday, November 10: Veterans Day
- Thursday, November 23: Thanksgiving Day
- Monday, December 25: Christmas Day
